Items ordered and paid for will ship after 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
When shipping internationally, customers might incur extra customs charges. If customs charges occur, please note that Poéthique is not responsible for these charges. Please note that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is out of our control.
If you experience any issues with your order (order not received, order is not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can try to make it right. We want you to be satisfied with our products and will always try our hardest to resolve any concerns you may have.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are all natural, including the preservatives, so they tend to have slight variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at email@example.com with a detailed note and picture. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 3 days of order delivery.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Our goal is to provide high-quality, plant-based skincare to our customers. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Additionally, as a small business, we do not have the capacity to absorb refunds like large corporate brands and companies, unless the circumstances are extenuating.
We will offer a replacement or store credit under certain circumstances. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with any concerns about your purchase so we can resolve any issues.

If an item is received damaged, please send a detailed note and pictures to email@example.com no later than 3 days after delivery. Please note that Poéthique is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns & exchanges, that are authorized, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Poéthique.
